Canon used ScanLife’s mTargeting solution to target an audience that had displayed an interest or intent to purchase electronics. The audience was composed of consumers that had scanned Canon branded products as well as electronics from competing brands. Shoppers that had explicitly opted into receiving relevant promotions were also hyper-targeted within the ScanLife app ecosystem.
